[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide senate bill 300 implementation consulting services to adopt regulations which establish procedures for an electric utility to apply for approval of an alternative ratemaking plan to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Alternative ratemaking mechanisms represent a paradigm shift in terms of the traditional cost-of-service ratemaking that the has applied to electric utilities for decades
- Senate bill 300 includes a menu of possible alternative ratemaking mechanisms, including performance-based rates, subscription-based pricing, formula rates, decoupling, an earnings sharing mechanism, and multi-year rate plans
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 26, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
