[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide special education strategies curriculum materials services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- Provides differentiated instruction, applied behaviour analysis based including specific research-based approaches and adapted methods for instruction, to meet the needs of students with autism, students with other developmental disabilities who may or may not be second language learners, at students’ instructional levels,
- Addresses core academics (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) as well as social skills and functional routines,
- Provides standards-based lessons and research-based strategies specifically designed for students with special needs to access the general curriculum,
- Aligned to Nevada Academic Core Standards for core subjects at each grade level,
- Culturally responsive and balanced,
- Integrates on-going monitoring of student progress (data collection) and/or determining student areas of strength/need,
- Delivers age-respectful, engaging materials for all students,
- Integrates traditional formats, like books and manipulatives, with software and/or apps,
- Provides lesson plans and an outlined pacing guide,
- Allows for interactive learning,
- Contains transition planning resources.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
