[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 3D mapping and virtual tour development services for color 3D scanning of Lehman Caves with at least 5 mm accuracy resulting in a 3D map of the cave and a virtual tour of the cave that can be uploaded to the park's website to the government authority located in Boulder City, NV.
- data to provide a 3D map of the tour route section of the cave to the park, as well as develop a virtual tour for the tour route
- Review attached map to understand the intended scope and desired outcomes
- Conduct 3D scanning of cave to at least 5 mm accuracy in color along tour route using provided Faro LIDAR unit
- Clean point cloud to remove anomalies, such as those caused by handrails and other metallic objects, so that data is more manageable
- Import the 3D meshes into a virtual environment rendering format to create a virtual tour that can be used as a virtual tour on the park's website, integrating provided photogrammetry data as possible
- Create a 3D map that can be used for cave inventory/cave light installation planning.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
