[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based community health system that manages the patient electronic health record.
- The system will be required to capture patient clinical and billing data, by individual clinic or combined clinics, from appointment to completion of the patient visit, and include the ability to perform comprehensive patient and insurance billing, including third party billing
- The system must demonstrate ease of use for scheduling and clinical data entry
- The system must have the ability to produce meaningful use reports and include the ability to report the information contained on every data field that will be populated in the system
- The system must have the capability to handle primary, secondary and tertiary billing and interface with a clearinghouse for billing and payments
- The system must accommodate patient receipts and patient statements
- Reports must be available from the front-end via canned reporting, ensuring custom reporting needs will be minimal
- The system application currently in use by community health system is a SaaS system hosted, maintained and supported by the current vendor
- The proposed system must be a software as a service application whose system environment includes a cloud data hosting platform
- The application and data must be assessible via a Windows-based PC, Laptop or Tablet
- Mobile access via Apple iPhone or an Android phone is desirable
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 4, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
