[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services to assist the board of trustees and staff in preparing and conducting a comprehensive nationwide Chief Executive Officer (CEO) search.
A. Development of position description
i. Perform surveys with identified stakeholders to begin development of a job specification for the Board
ii. Work with Board to identify executive skill set most desired in the next CEO
B. Work with Board in developing a wage and benefit package for the new CEO
C. Development of a recruitment process timeline
i. Development of announcement and recruitment material
D. Recruitment
i. Identify potential candidates
ii. Conduct diverse national recruitment: source candidates through a number of different
channels including advertising in nationally-recognized publications likely to attract
qualified candidates, proactively reaching out to candidates in the marketplace that may
not be actively seeking the position, and accessing the Respondent’s network of qualified
C-level candidates and other best practice recruitment strategies utilized in the industry
E. Prepare a report summarizing the results of the recruitment process and results of candidate screens, and assist select group of Trustees in the selection of finalists; the Respondent shall
guide the selection through the entire process, up to and including the presentation of the top
two to four candidates to the Board.
F. Provide support including scheduling final candidate interview, preparing interview questions,
coordinating meeting room accommodations, and having all logistical support associated with
the final review effort.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 28, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
