[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Spanish translation services.
- Effectively facilitate the Department’s goal of providing meaningful access to Limited English Proficiency claimants, by translating select screens from detrends state CSS and DFF from English into Spanish;
- To remove barriers from our state system for limited English Proficiency claimants, to take reasonable steps to ensure all individuals receive, free of charge, the language assistance they may need to access the UI information and UI program benefits.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 02, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
