[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide film, production and broadcast services for cable channels 192 and 194, the Granicus online meeting portal, and the city YouTube channel.
- The purpose of the city’s film, production and broadcast services is to provide the Reno citizens with pertinent, timely information concerning their regional government through the city’s television channels, and social media.
- The services will be for live broadcasts of city regular or special and joint sessions of the city council and redevelopment agency, city planning commission meetings and any other meetings such as community meetings or state of the city.
- The council chamber has five remote control high definition pan, tilt and zoom cameras mounted around the room.
- There are several audio connections throughout the room, including staff microphones, podium microphone, handheld microphones and a lavaliere. Several video inputs are located in the room, including computer and DVD. City department of information technology (DoIT) staff assist in the operation of audio and visual equipment within council chamber.
- The broadcast room consists of NewTek Tricaster hardware and software, Mackie Audio Mixer, IQM2/Granicus Encoder, Telvue and Crestron for switching audio and visual inputs form Council Chamber.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
