Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to prepare a preliminary study to evaluate Authority’s existing communications rooms; develop recommendations, schedules, and cost estimates to repurpose, consolidate, and renovate rooms for Authority’s evaluation and approval; prepare design drawings and specifications to repurpose, consolidate, and renovate rooms for construction; and provide services during construction to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Design of existing data and communication centers in accordance with industry standards.
- Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers, which includes electrical
design, mechanical design and specification, system redundancy for electrical and mechanical systems, fire safety design, security design, and efficiency.
- commercial building cabling for telecommunications products and services.
- commercial building standard for telecommunications pathways and spaces.
- commercial grounding standards.
- optical fiber cable color coding.
- Construction cost estimating.
- Project controls, scheduling and management.
- Construction means and methods for data centers.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
