- Application must be able to support 100+ customers
- Application must be accessible in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Edge
- Customers and customer service technicians must be able to transfer PII data over the application
• Application must be able to store customer service servicing data that includes but not limited to:
- Wait times, total customers serviced, missed chats, average response times, service handling time, number of customers in queue, ability to analyze high and low volumes of customers serviced over a specific time period
- Able to store and view historic customer communication trends.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
