- Review historical data from the City regarding plans and concepts that have been completed to date
- Utilizing available data to rate the overall facility condition, remaining life, and likelihood and consequence of failure for the three existing pools, pool mechanical equipment, and office building, which includes four sports courts.
- Utilizing available data to provide a cost estimate on repairing and remodeling the existing aquatic facility to meet current building and health department codes.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
