[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide aquatic center master plan consulting services for designing and constructing the replacement of the existing, 40+ year old, irrigation system at the Municipal Golf Course to the government authority located in Boulder City, NV.
- The existing irrigation system must be kept in operation to maintain tees, greens, fairways and other existing turf areas that are to remain during construction of the new system. The design-build team may propose an alternate irrigation method to maintain these areas during construction.
- The work shall also include repair/replacement of all turf and landscaping removed, damaged and disturbed as part of the construction of the new system.

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
