[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide court case management software to select a comprehensive judicial management system package, successfully implement the new system and related programs to better serve the needs of our judicial functions.
- Case Management System
- In-Court Processing System
- Public Access Web Portal
- Document Management System
- File and Motion Tracking System
- Case Evidence Tracking System
- The system must also be capable of evolving to meet industry standards including updates to operating systems, database software and any third-party application required for the smooth operation of the system
- Will provide for a thorough transfer of technical and functional knowledge of the CMS software
- Can provide full systems integration and data exchange services for current legacy software and third-party software
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 16, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
