[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services to conduct an organization evaluation and production of a 3-5-year strategic plan (SP) for the County Fire Department, with special emphasis on budget allocation and forecasting, fire suppression, training, operations, and data collection in order to accommodate the current and future fire and emergency medical service needs for our rapidly growing community.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 9, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
