[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grant management system for supports all phases of the grants management cycle including application, awarding, authorization, reporting, fiscal and auditing functions.
- multiple subrecipients, agency staff, and federal representatives through an internet portal.
- approval to final agreement, reporting, claims payment and close of grant projects. The automated system provides effective and transparent management of federal grant funds, improves reporting and auditing, and has reduced paper, copying, postage costs and program staff labor time and expense
- the foundation for compliant fiscal management of state and federal funds, including reporting, auditing, preparing the weekly federal funds draw, review of expenditures, and future program planning.
- Online access to internal, state, and federal auditors
- Single point of entry for administration and tracking of all grant awards and processes
- Security compliance and data encryption
- Data storage and access for all current grant information, records and data and records from 2013 to present
- Software support of existing online grant management system, to include updates and modifications to system per users request.
- Maintenance of existing online grant management system and data contained therein, to include security updates, system backup, troubleshooting customer issues.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 1, 2020.

Onshore (US organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
