[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide photography and merchandise sales services.
- Services necessary to implement, manage, and operate an integrated on-site Photography and Merchandise Sales Operation at Hoover Dam, Photos and merchandise may be offered for sale at other locations approved by the Government.
- Photography Sales - Provide for the seamless management of photograph sales for a high volume, high profile, public tourist destination (average 800,000 tickets sold per year, with average revenue of $9 million). Must take professional digital photographs of visitors, process photographs, and present to customers. Must include full-service POS ability for multiple inputs and revenue types, daily electronic reporting and other audit functions, cash and other payment management, and visitor experience enhancement.
- Memorabilia Sales - Provide for the seamless management of memorabilia sales for a high volume, public tourist destination. Must include full-service POS ability for multiple inputs and revenue types, purchases across multiple platforms (including online, in-person, app-based and advance sales), daily electronic reporting and other audit functions, cash and other payment management, visitor experience enhancement, and other potential duties using expertise and technology. Ability to manage memorabilia and merchandise re-stock purchasing, inventory management, and property protection/control.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
(3) An organized site visit had been scheduled for May 28, 2020.
(4) All questions must be submitted by May 29, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
