- Replace the current cloud hosted vital records system with a cloud hosted solution to allow flexibility, maintainability, and sustainability
- To select a vendor with expertise in vital records systems with existing installations operating at other states providing birth, death and fetal death record entry, registration and certification
- Cloud hosted vital records system replacement for birth, death and fetal death record entry, registration and certification.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
