[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide redesign and overhaul existing web presence, student portal and migrate existing CMS, search and student portal to a digital experience platform (DXP).
- To minimize future platform migrations, agency is prepared to implement a DXP solution that will provide the College a modern, flexible, and world-class marketing-communications-administration platform to create rich digital experiences that drive engagement from prospective students, current students, and their parents as well as alumni, faculty, staff and administration.
- A modern digital experience platform (DXP) capable of integrating with current applications.
- Peoplesoft SIS
- Canvas LMS
- Hobsons Starfish
- Radius
- Hobsons Degree Planner
- MessageMedia and SMS mass messaging service
- Google Analytics
- OKTA
- Workday
- SiteImprove - web governance application
- Mobile App available as both a progressive web app and native iOS and Android App.
- Allow students to login via SSO.
- Ability for students to download the most recent content uploaded to any course they are enrolled in.
- Ability to customize with university font and branded design elements and design kit e.g. images, colors, logos.
- Ability for Admins to hide and edit modules and pages within the application.
- Integrations with the major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) Please describe the integration in comments.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be two years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
