[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated library system
- The Cooperative expects that our next system will have all of the functionality of our current system as outlined by the following list: The following modules must be currently available and not in beta test: Cataloging, Circulation, Online Catalog, Customer Interface, Serials, Acquisitions, Data Analytics (reports and statistics)
- The system must support the following consortium features: Consortium, library, and branch level patron and material types, Decentralized cataloging capability with universally accessible/discoverable bibliographic records and the ability to attach differentiated local item records, Policies defined at local library/branch level, including loan periods, grace periods, fines and fees, and patron delinquency thresholds,
- The system must be able to interface with the following third-party vendors:
- Unique Management Services (collection agency),
- Enhanced content providers including Syndetics, NoveList, LibraryThing for Libraries, and other prominent vendors,
- Print and AV vendors including Baker & Taylor, Brodart, Ingram, Midwest Tape, EBSCO, Gale/Cengage, Proquest, and Recorded Books,
- A completely web-based ILS solution is desired. Mobile circulation that will work on multiple versions of multiple web browsers must be available. Solution must be cloud hosted by vendor,
- The online catalog must be able to accept online debit and/or credit card payments.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
