[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide landlord and tenant mediation sub-program administrator services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.
- The program scope and operations will be established collaboratively by City staff and the selected 3rd party administrator, but would in general implement the following values and principles created by the Small Business Economic Relief Advisory Team:
- Keep people in their existing housing,
- Help as many persons as possible and Establish a maximum amount that can be awarded to any single entity,
- Do not overcompensate housing providers,
- Do not enrich providers of substandard housing,
- Address both transient and permanent housing needs,
- Implement quickly,
- Provide immediate relief with the understanding that this may be a long term issue.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
