[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide student response system
• The system must be able to leverage various student devices for quizzing/polling (i.e. phones, tablets, laptops over WiFi or cellular); supports iOS and Android operating systems natively through apps.
• The system must work on Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
• The system must not leverage or require proprietary devices; such devices (i.e. “clickers”) are not to be part of the proposal.
• The system must provide a wide variety of question types, including but not limited to, multiple choice, true/false, short answer, numeric, matching and fill-in-the-blank.
• The system provides for attendance checking, including location-based capabilities.
• The system must support PowerPoint integration; the system must have a means to integrate with existing PowerPoint presentations.
• The system must provide the ability to interact with students anonymously.
• The system must be able to pull class rosters from the learning management system (LMS).
• The system must be able to push grades to the LMS.
• The system provides detailed session reports to instructors.
• The system provides the flexibility to edit or change the session results (i.e., correct answers, point values, etc.)
• The system provides the ability to export session results to Excel or as a .CSV file.
• The system provides instant feedback to students/participants.
• The system should provide the institution with information pertaining to analytics pertaining to student and faculty usage of the tool.
• The system should provide some mechanism for administration and support by on-campus technical support staff.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
