Vendor needs to provide solutions from potential vendors for replacing or updating the current software solutions used for management of the Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plan (PACAP) and Random Moment Time Study (RMTS).
- The Division is looking for a solution that will interface with the existing or a new Cost Allocation Management solution or RMTS in order to potentially make the processes of time study and cost allocation more efficient and support program activities division-wide.
- Reduce manual effort and inefficiencies
- Increase Federal and State compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy through improved controls for data editing and validation, transaction balancing, and financial reporting and accounting.
- Increase system flexibility to accommodate multiple program areas, growth, and future mandates.
- Reduce manual tasks and eliminate redundant data by streamlining data entry points.
- Reduce data entry errors through data interfaces or imports of source data from the financial system and Random Time Study solution
