[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document management solution.
- Vendor will offer scanning, indexing, tracking, data repository and retrieval capabilities
- Vendor will offer indexing and repository solutions including but not limited to: barcode scanning, optical character recognition (OCR) technology and cloud-based storage solutions
- Vendor will manage multiple document requirements with differing retention schedules
- Vendor will provide security for repository scanning and securing data
- Vendor will migrate existing repository using new scanning solution during implementation
- Vendor will allow for overlap with access to existing repository during migration and implementation
- Vendor will offer hardware components supported by the presented document management software solutions
- Vendor will provide maintenance and support for new or existing hardware and software solutions
- Vendor will complete all software upgrades as new versions are made available
- Vendor will provide training for the software.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
