[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide email encryption software suite.
- E-mail encryption: Ability to choose level or method of encryption, End-to-End encryption required.
- HIPAA compliant, BAA available, adheres to common security standards, Interoperable with Google G Suite, Configurable detailed reports to administrators and users, Customizable, friendly, and responsive end-user interface, Message quarantine and expiration, Mobile access for administrators and end-users, Dynamic and continually updated list data dictionary definitions, Configurable mail routing rules base on users/groups, SaaS based, 99.999% uptime, Required to be Interoperable with a SAML 2.0 compatible Identity System, API access (integration via development), Content based filtering and exclusion, Support included as part of SaaS licensing model, Account import/export, Customizable system alerts, Ability to customize and delegate management of organizational units.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 11, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
