[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services for quality-control assistance in design, overall project coordination, value engineering, construction activities and management, material and sub‐contractor buyout, and commissioning activities for the project to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- CMAR will also be expected to coordinate with architects, civil engineers, landscape designers, and other consultants engaged by academy, engage and manage the low voltage consultants including the information technology vendor and security vendor, as well as any landscaping, acoustical, and other consultants, as needed.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 23, 2020.
