Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for grant financial management tool.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grant financial management tool
- One of the key drivers of success in any software project is the user interface,
 - System must have an incorporated Google Drive and Office365 API to allow for direct imports,
- The system must allow for top-tier users to delegate access to an unlimited number of administrators at the district and school level and the action should be able to be carried out at their discretion,
- The system must allow multiple uses to act within the system simultaneously (i.e., uploading files, transferring documents between users, etc.),
- System interface must provide a consistent end-user experience defined by ease-of-use, seamless transitions from page to page, clear headings consistent with grant financial management, grant applications and accounting common verbiage,
- The vendor must have a disaster recovery process in place to ensure retrieval of all active and inactive data and documentation in the system,
- System must allow an unlimited number of users and allow multiple users to simultaneously use the system and upload documents from any location within the same or different repositories,
- System must allow authorized users to access files within system at any time, 24/7,
- System must have a backup and recovery process in place for files within system,
- System must be able to be accessed not solely via computers, but also via mobile smartphones, iPads, etc,
- The system must be exceptionally designed for compliance and financial management with embedded capabilities to collect, organize and validate State and Federal programs for every district and campuses within each district,
- System reporting capabilities must allow access to documents and data at any time during the contract term and stored for up to 7 years in a secure portal accessible to primary users at any time,
- System reporting capabilities must function with Microsoft Office suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader,
- System reporting capabilities must allow for downloads and uploads of data and documents in doc, docx, jpeg, HTML, gif, png, CSV, and pdf files,
- The system must be able to generate a wide range of report types including, but not limited to, data files, pending review items, rejected submissions, district reports, campus-level reports, overdue items, payments pending, cumulative grant reports, payments in transit, payments rejected, total payments to a subgrantee, total payments, budget to actual tracking annually and individual grant account types (travel, salaries, etc.)The system must be able to keep an audit trail of these components, including an activity/history log of actions taken within the system for each grant and the ability for parties to set reminders to complete tasks within the system.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 19, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
