Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for shredding service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide on-site shredding services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
• Provide secure or locked collection containers, per designated location. The containers must be 64 gallon carts in size as well as cabinets for identified sections below.
• Please see section 4 for the number of bins to be provided per location.
• One key to each of the containers shall be provided shall be provided to the Govt.
• Shred documents on-site and provide a Certificate of Destruction.
• Pick up containers from the designated locations and then return to the designated locations when finished.
• The contractor will provide a way to identify the containers based on numbered system to help with calling in and service.
• Example Bin 1 –Pharmacy
• Location: 1st Floor Rm L215 POC: Contract Services Element
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
