[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide HRIS and payroll services to the government authority located in Nevada.
- Provide a ready-access database where all employee information can be stored and effectively managed that also can be easily extracted for reporting purposes,
- Would like all employee data to be managed in the data base to include basic employee data as well as compensation history, discipline history, and performance reviews, etc.,
- Describe the access for HR staff as well as managers to view their employee data,
- Reports for self-billing,
- An interface that allows employees to update their personal information, review pay scales, change retirement/benefit programs, update direct deposit information or download benefit election documents needs to provide a user experience that is easy, integrated, and time-saving.
(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included. There will be separate charge to obtain document for this requirement as per Government Agency Requirements.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
