[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-line reservations camping-day use-gift shops point of sale system.
- Fee and transaction management, including data analysis and management
- Support and track transactions in real-time through all sales.
- Allow for configurable fee types, pricing, and business rules.
- Accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, cash, personal checks, NDSP annual passes, NDSP issued single use passes, and NDSP issued coupons, vouchers, and discount codes;
- Generate required receipts and tour tickets;
- Allow for transaction modification, cancellation, and refunds;
- Track inventory and fulfillment status
- Inventory management, including data analysis and management (merchandise sales, manage inventory, etc.).
- Event and program management (reservation and registration for interpretive events and programs).
- Service must integrate between internet, on-site contact centers, and field operations.
- Must be accessible and customizable by Parks to allow for simple changes in fees, refunds, price changes, inventory changes, time/date of event changes, and others.
- Must provide capability to accurately process sales transactions for a diverse inventory.
- Must automatically calculate the appropriate fees, taxes, shipping, and other approved costs associated with each transaction.
- Must be capable of charging transaction fees in addition to the base cost of any purchase.
- Must have the ability to customize for different park needs (e.g., day use at one park, camping at another park, customizable reservation windows for each park, etc.).
- Must include proposals for waitlist functionality, itinerary planning, alternate location referrals, user surveys, and customer alert/confirmation/reminder capability.
- Must have rolling reservation-window capability.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2021.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
