(1) Vendor needs to provide voter registration and elections management assessment solution to implement a uniform, centralized, interactive, computerized voter registration database that is defined, maintained and administered at the state level.
- solution direction including a recommendation on staffing strategy and timeline, and provide a roadmap for moving forward.
- An assessment of current options for developing/implementing a state-of-the-art centralized Voter Registration and Election Management solution
- to ensure that risks are identified, analyzed, mitigated, communicated and acted upon effectively
- to establish consistent, effective, and repeatable communications throughout the project lifecycle.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
