Vendor needs to provide preliminary feasibility study to the government authority located in  Carson City, NV.
- Interviews with drivers and customers (on buses and at transfer station) to develop a prioritized list of needs for a downtown transit center.
- Interviews with JAC Management staff
- Evaluate existing and potential future routes (proposed within the 2019 Transit Plan)
- Perform a Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT)
- Analysis on potential sites
- Perform a cost benefit assessment on potential transit center sites
- Develop a method to rank proposed locations
- Develop conceptual site plan for preferred location

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
