[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide housing management system for the replacement of its existing housing management tracking software.
- used primarily for undergraduate students and guests, faculty/graduate student apartments, summer conferences, tracking work requests, and integration with other university systems for all students campus-wide
- an off-premise or on-premise solution that seamlessly integrates with existing systems, including endpoints to allow integrations to University systems such as PeopleSoft, Maxient and Workday
- Ability to rank order different preferences/options
- A process for continuing students (with current housing assignment) where they are able to match with roommates
- Ability to have customizable reports related to roommate matches (adding and removing attributes, assigning priorities to different attributes in the matching process, etc.)
- Including attachments to student record (i.e., taking a picture of a broken desk and attaching that to the term the student lived in a certain space) that students can see in their portal
- Assigning charges to students accounts
- Extracting data via report or flat file for external use
- Real-time updates visible in students’ portal (and/or the mobile) platform
- Exporting billing data for consumption by UNR developer for integrations.
- Importing (insert/update) of student information data for UNR developer for integrations
- Email templates from drop down so staff can quickly respond to resident/ prospect questions
- Automated process to create student charges for housing, meal plans, and miscellaneous fees, including automatically pro-rating charges
- Ability to manually enter application data
- Ability to programmatically import data into system via integration
- Online credit card payments with redirect to credit card clearinghouse web site for payment
- An integrated “App” for mobile technology providing access to the Web Portal
- Online application must be customizable to match look and feel of institution website
- Automated email generation based on application type and date; or alerts, pending business need
- Easily obtain a batch of students based on a field or multiple fields and automatically send customizable emails to all of them
- Mobile device compatibility for room maintenance and electronic RCRs
- Ability to upload damage photos and connect to student record
- Administrative structure for staff to document when package is picked up and record this information in Web Portal
- Automated process to create resident charges for housing and miscellaneous fees, including automatically pro-rating charges when applicable
- Ability to provide standard reports that can be quickly selected and customized by the users.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
