Government Authority located in Elko, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for internet provider service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide internet provider service on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Elko, NV.
- Description of proposed covered broadband area including services, speed or tiers of speeds, prices of services offered, technical details of the project including type of technology that will be deployed, and cost details of the project explaining why federal financial assistance is needed to implement the covered broadband project.
- Description of the area to be served including census blocks. This must not be in an area where service currently is offered/served by 25 Mbps/3Mbps.
- Description of statutory funding priority the proposed project would address and how the proposed project would address such funding priority.
- Description of project beneficiaries, service area level of need, project sustainability, and expected outcomes. (Reference Section V.A of attached NOFO)
- Description of how deployment will have the ability to scale over time for greater capability (using integrated advanced services such as 5G or fiber)
- Project plan describing all major project activities and timelines for implementation, including key deployment milestones
- Brief description of physical project area and its surroundings (disturbed or developed land vs. open space; adjacent natural resources, such as rivers, wetlands, or forest lands; and any protected lands or resources in or near the project area), including site photographs and aerial (Google Earth or Google Maps images) photographs, if the project includes construction and/or ground disturbing activities.
- Include information regarding company’s ability to engineer last mile broadband solution(s) in proposed project area as well as additional cost projections for solutions.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
