[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relations management system to include software, hosting, implementation services, training, and technical support from a single vendor.
- Team Management: tools for a team to better collaborate, schedule tasks, track prospect lead pipeline, and plan staff workload
- Workflow Management: tasks, lists
- Communication Tools: log and detail communications with contacts via phone, email, SMS, instant messaging, physical meetings, and events and messaging through social media
- Communication with all recruits via segmented marketing
- Development of communication templates
- Communication strategies for moving applicants to registration
- Communication plans within the system for events
- Reporting: measure department and student performance in real time, integration with Instructure Canvas learning management system (gradebook) in real time
- SIS: integration with PeopleSoft 9.2
- Notification System: early alert to advisers and faculty regarding struggling students
- Advising: retention tool, advising notes, referral system for students meeting and appointment scheduler, messaging for select groups of students
- Marketing Integration: targeted messages to specific groups of students
- Online Admissions Application: integration with PeopleSoft to allow online application for admission
- Event Management: communications and project management for event planning
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2021.
