[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food management services to prepare and distribute three (3) meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) per day to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Other therapeutic diets include but are not limited to Consistent Carbohydrate, Low Salt, High Fiber, Gluten Free, Renal, and any other medically necessary physician ordered diet
- Texture modifications include Easy to Chew, Soft & Bite Sized, Minced & Moist, and Puree foods. These modifications may also be personalized to promote adequate nutrition and intake
- Food aversions, food allergies and food intolerances need to be considered and diets ordered for food hypersensitivities are common in this population
- Vegetarian, Vegan, and Kosher diets are offered to accommodate cultural and ethnic preferences.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
