Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for intercom and building mass communication system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide intercom and building mass communication system
- The Intercom and Building Mass Communication System shall include the hardware, software, and licensing required to provide an IP based two-way intercom communications, overhead paging, synchronized clocks, message boards, visual emergency alerting, analog face POE clocks, communication with a third-party telephone system, school bells and tones with scheduling, and full warranty and technical support for all products offered
- The system shall be IP based, IPv4 required at time of bid and IPv6 as future requirement if not currently supported
- The system shall allow management via a GUI interface.
- The system shall allow for different levels of site access and roles/rights management.
- The system shall have centralized management and each site will be able to be managed remotely via network access.
- The system must allow integration with a third-party Asterisk telephone system, ideally through SIP/SIP trunking.
- The system must provide audio announcements to classrooms, hallways, common areas, and external areas. These audio announcements can be directed to individual rooms, zones, or all connected speakers.
- The system must provide 2-way intercom capabilities in designated areas.
- The system must allow intercom calls, ex. from a call switch, to be routed to a third party telephone system
- The system shall have wall mounted call switches to communicate with the school office.
- The system shall have a multi-colored strobe light for non-audible notification.
- The system must provide a digital display board that can display synchronized time.
- The system must provide visual indicators of messages, or warnings, including emergency actions such as lockdowns
- The system must provide bell and tone scheduling plus clock synchronization.
- The system must provide automated notification messages of actions.
- Full technical support from the system manufacturer will be included.
- The system must provide for a method of backup.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
