Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for computer aided dispatch, law enforcement records management, and jail management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch, law enforcement records management, and jail management system.
- Computing resources should comply with the following industry accepted standards where applicable:
- The system proposed is a commercial off the shelf software application.
Local configurations and user profile preferences do not affect updates to the core application.
No additional cost for periodic updates, application upgrades, or other related software and/or hardware patches for the licensed application(s).
There are no continuous upgrade fees for currently licensed applications included in the annual software support agreements.
The licensed applications are routinely enhanced through new software version releases and service packs throughout the product life cycle.
- Cloud or SaaS solution then the following preferences are being proposed:
- Provides redundant connections to the Internet
- Provides diverse paths to the host locations.
- Utilizes site replication management (SRM)
- Utilizes VxBlock functionality
- Utilizes mission-critical government cloud solutions
- Provides multi-factor authentication
- Provides both application and data security.
- The system can be configured to provide a geo-diverse primary data host and a disaster recovery host.
- The system complies with relevant sections of the NENA Technical Standards Document 08-003, Detailed Functional and Interface Standards for the NENA i3 Solution.
- The system automatically and correctly adjusts for Daylight Savings Time.
- All times are displayed as local time, regardless of how they are stored internally.
- System generated messages can be texted to user defined addresses.
- An authorized user has the ability to allow users to save their individual CAD screen configurations so they are available the next time they log onto the system.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2021
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Pre-qualifications conference will be held on August 17, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
