[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA consultant service to audit our current ADA standards, practices, and tools for making electronic content ADA compliant; Interview Stakeholders to identify processes that lead to accessibility issues and are caused by other mandates, regulations, and Law; Review of the ADA assistance website and the effectiveness of the web application; Create an accessibility evaluation of the States policies, processes, tools, and bench mark the progress towards meeting the specific compliance goals; accessibly reporting confirmation by ensuring Web reporting is accurate; an accessibility policy review that covers the compliance agreement requirements and provides the necessary guidance to implement and maintain digital accessibility compliance to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Auditor is to improve, fix, and create ADA any missing procedures to ensure the State are using best business practices that comply with Compliance Agreement. The auditor will also audit our tools, practices, and provide a GAP Analysis to ensure the State meets the Compliance Agreement and has solutions to issues that cause the State to not meet the Compliance Agreement.
- State then purchased a Content Management System (CMS), and the web team began to migrate the FrontPage websites into the new CMS.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 23, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
