Government Authority located in Las Vegas, Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for banking and financial services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide qualified financial institutions for banking and financial services for its bank accounts and related cash management and financial services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.
- Authority’s current account structure is comprised of one central depository account, three zero-balance accounts and seven interest-bearing escrow accounts.
- Authority utilizes a fully online system to perform a variety of processes, such as daily balance and detail reporting, processing of stop-payments, wire transfers, and account-to-account transfers.
- At a minimum, the successful Proposer will provide an electronic daily report by 7:00AM (PST) for the previous working day’s transactions by providing the following information for each account: ledger balance, average (or collected) balance, and detailed listing and totals of debit and credit postings for each account.
- Deposits are made daily by remote desktop deposit, incoming or third-party armored car service to the Proposer’s central depository, or receipts accounts.
- The Authority currently issues approximately 30 Accounts Payable checks per month. There are also over 13,000 payroll transactions and 1,300 ACH A/P electronic funds transfers per year.
- Authority makes frequent transfers of funds to/from the state local government investment pool and the county treasurer.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
