Government authority located in North Las Vegas, Nevada; USA, based organization looking for expert vendor for AV system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide AV system to receive complete Proposals for the Work that includes, but is not limited to, a comprehensive multi-source AV solution, including installation to the government authority located in North Las Vegas, NV.
- system should also be capable of utilizing a wide variety of video conferencing systems available today including but not limited to Google Meet, Zoom, WebEx and LifeSize with the capability to switch views from a fixed camera in the room on the presenter, a view of the audience, or the users via a laptop or local computer.
- provide all network cabling for system functionality as well as a minimum of two (2) cable runs from each work table.
(2) A mandatory walkthrough will be held on August 24, 2021.
(3) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 31, 2021.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
