Government Organizations Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for monoclonal antibody treatment mobile outpatient services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide monoclonal antibody treatment mobile or fixed outpatient services for treatment of SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 to the government authority located in Nevada.
- Description of Work:
• The ability to serve locations of anywhere from 10 to 100 clients per day.
• Provide staffing, including applicable clinician types for delivery of therapy and oversite.
• Provide furniture and equipment, including mobile or tent-type fixed locations in urban or rural areas
• Provide all necessary supplies, including medical supplies, personal protective equipment, etc.
• Shall be responsible for all site operations including storage, tents, waste containers, waste removal, etc.
• Provide any necessary amenities for personnel including restrooms, water, shade, etc.
• Provide easy online registration system for patients and reporting to appropriate Public Health entities.
• Provide any necessary traffic control, signage, and site security. Using Agency will assist to connect contractor to local law enforcement if needed for coordination of traffic control functions.
• Provide access for non-native speakers of English or hard of hearing individuals as needed. Vendor plan should explicitly address language access.
• Treatment is reimbursable through centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
(2) Contract period will be for four years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
