[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual recruiting platform.
- The ability of administrators to build, manage and schedule virtual recruitment events as needed
- The ability to allow unlimited attendee participation at each event
- The vendor’s development of easy to understand recruitment event navigation on the vendor’s landing, features and product functionality webpages
- Develop and provide 4-10 administrator access to the virtual recruitment event product that allows administrators to build, manage and schedule virtual recruitment events for 1-300 business clients, and with unlimited attendee (e.g., job seeker) access via a computer, tablet and mobile device utilizing real-time functionality
- Develop and include in the virtual recruitment event product one-on-one text and chat features, video services and event break-out session capabilities
- Develop virtual recruitment product user guides for administrators
- Host the virtual recruitment event product on the internet including easy to understand event navigation on the landing, features and product functionality pages
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 13, 2021.
