Government Authority located in Nevada; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for digital agency of record and digital development services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital agency of record and digital development services
- Website Maintenance and Development:
- Review all current Department websites and provide recommendations for improvement, incorporating web usability and other applicable research conducted by outside firm. Recommendations must be accomplishable within the specified budget and align with Tourism’s strategic plan,
-Perform ongoing maintenance repair and optimization and monitor website for ADA compliance, security, and technical stability standards and make updates as needed,
- Provide ongoing updates regarding best practices, monitoring other tourism marketing organizations consumer brands and award-winning development programs for digital application,
- Coordinate with integrated marketing teams to ensure successful integration with website and other online properties,
- Develop mobile and offline solutions for rural visitor experience,
- Work with staff to develop, enhance, and maintain content management tools on website that effectively disseminate engaging content to consumers,
- Develop a plan that prioritizes the needs for internal agency staff to manage all content needs and administrative functions,
- Develop and enhance back-end administrative tools for website that allow the Division of Tourism staff to update the site as needed and provide ongoing training,
- Create and develop tactical digital components that support integrated strategy,
- In alignment with the Performance Marketing team, provide a monthly web analytics report that align metrics with goals established in the annual strategic plan, adjustable to align with campaign needs, and
- Work as part of the overall strategic planning team to ensure all interactive solutions are mapped and cohesive with all marketing efforts
- Performance Marketing:
- Ensure that website is achieving all performance goals as mutually establish by Tourism and Digital Agency of Record,
- Develop executable content strategy for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and support on implementation, and
- Develop and implement Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies at the brand awareness and campaign level that drivees qualified traffic to website,
- E-Marketing and CRM:
- Work with Tourism staff to manage, maintain, and cleanse consumer database, as well as track and record individual behavior through the visitor funnel,
- Work with Tourism staff to develop ongoing communications with consumers via email and/or other channels,
- Provide insights and make recommendations based on audience behavior,
- Grow an engaged database and develop a segmented and personalized strategy
- Web/Digital Development:
- Marketing objective of the campaign or site,
- Digital solution for achieving the objective(s),
- Links to the applicable sites, and
- UX/Performance results
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
