[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce training and policy updates service to the government authority located in Carson, NV.
- Secure a vendor that will revise existing policies and protocols and create new policies and protocols in accordance with workforce regulations;
- Revise and create customized training and guidance materials for staff; and
- Expeditiously train business service representatives prior to JobConnect career centres’ reopening, anticipated to be October of 2022. The policy and protocol updates and revision work that coincides with the staff training and training materials must incorporate workforce regulations, policies, workforce programs administered by agency, and the procedures and training modalities that are required for frontline staff.
