[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide centralized grant management system
1. Vendor discovery processes to include, but not limited to, surveys, focus groups, individual interviews, and a review of policy, procedure, and financial resources among key stakeholder groups including, but not limited to, current and former employees of the office, current and former members of the Nevada Advisory Council on Federal Assistance, employees of sub-awarding State agencies, employees of State grant-awarding agencies, external subrecipients, employees of agencies actively using grant management systems, employees of agencies desiring to use grant management systems, and employees of agencies responsible for technical systems that will integrate with the grant management system;
2. Vendor will review State documentation to understand the policy and procedural environment in which the Office of Federal Assistance will need to operate:
a. Assembly Bill 445;
b. Grant Manual and Policies/Procedures;
c. State Administrative Manual, with emphasis on Chapter 300, 1600, and 3000;
d. Contracting Toolbox; and
e. Grant Management Workflows.
3. Vendor will discover and document the specific business and technical features and functionality required by Nevada in a centralized grant management system;
4. Vendor will discover and document prioritization of features to meet specific business and technical needs and group findings into proposed implementation phases;
5. Vendor will discover and document the specific compatibility and security requirements with existing software, technical systems, and policies;
6. Vendor will discover, itemize, and forecast expected number of internal and external users of a centralized grant management system (including subrecipients);
7. Vendor will discover and itemize existing and forecast expected dollar amounts to pass through the grant management system, accounting for both state and federal dollars and reported on in conformance with grant management system pricing structures.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
