[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study and plan services to the government authority located in California.
- Recommend changes to existing job descriptions,
- Obtain current salary ranges for existing job descriptions,
- Present the compensation package in a better marketable way,
- Have a compensation strategy plan.
(2) Mandatory Virtual Vendor Conference will be held on September 22, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
