(1) Vendor needs to provide Safe Drinking Water Information System interfacing application.
- Creating/providing cloud-based applications that interact with SDWIS to manage sanitary surveys, Consumer Confidence Reports, water system monitoring requirements, and other tools as required to effectively assist the bureau in determining water system compliance,
- Develop and deliver an application that assists with planning, performing, and managing sanitary surveys,
- Develop and deliver an application that can retrieve, migrate, and populate sanitary survey data from and to SDWIS,
- Develop and deliver an application that has a configurable sanitary survey checklist,
- Develop and deliver an application that has onsite inspection capabilities,
- Develop and deliver an application that to store sanitary survey pictures,
- Develop and deliver an application that is able to track sanitary surveys and related deficiencies,
- Develop and deliver an application that can generate state customizable sanitary survey reports,
- Develop and deliver an application that can generate metric reports to sanitary surveys,
- Develop and deliver an application that assists with planning, performing, and managing various regulatory site visits (Assessments, Water Hauler inspections, and site inspections,
- Develop and deliver an application that can be updated as regulations evolve.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16,2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
