(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based lease accounting software.
- Database will store lease data including lease terms, asset descriptions, asset valuations at acquisition, and lessee and lessor information.
- templates for lease creation and/or recording
- Provide templates and/or input screens for data entry and bulk data entry
- Provide lease management functionality
- Develop a comprehensive approach for handling communications with both internal and external audiences
- Develop a risk management plan to ensure that risks are identified, planned for, analyzed, communicated and acted upon effectively
- Be more proficient in entering, importing, and maintaining required lease data
- Solution must have Print View capability.
- Solution must provide capability to include comments in data records.
- Solution may allow creation and management of photographic content.
- Solution may provide authorized users with the ability to create custom dashboards.
- Solution may allow authorized users to embed audio, video and third-party media files.
- Solution must provide the capability for templates to record data.
- Solution must include asset management and approval chain capabilities.
- Solution must have an autosave capability when entering or uploading records.
- allow authorized users to securely access data collected from input forms (e.g., view, download, data export through CSV, XLSX).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
