[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate yard video and security enhancement project design and Construction Support Services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.
- Identify and define video and security performance specifications based on current federal and industry best practices that are appropriate for the project location and facility type. Design a comprehensive system to meet the identified performance criteria
- The system should leverage existing facility communications infrastructure and optimize the City’s existing video monitoring capabilities within the project budget, while being scalable to provide the City with the flexibility to add additional security cameras and solutions in the future
- Simplified high quality redundancy of recording: “edge” camera recording.
- High quality, High Definition (HD), low light tech (full color, thermal).
- “Proactive,” “Ahead of the threat” advance warning video tech (abnormality detection).
- “Reactive” video technologies to aid investigations (recognition).
- Video + Mobility and/or Alarm Automation.
- Incorporate non-proprietary equipment.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
