[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employers and job seekers software.
- Provide career solutions for unemployed or underemployed persons, such as job search assistance, resume building, and career assessment
- The platform should also assist employers understand how their industries have been impacted based on real-time data displayed in a virtual dashboard environment
- Ability to assist employers to write job descriptions and define job role requirements
- Ability to assist employment recruiters identify skills, capabilities, learning needs, and development needs of a talent pool
- Ability to generate a detailed quarterly participant enrollment report
- Ability to generate a detailed quarterly job order report which reflects the NAICS type, job title, location, and salary for job orders created for employers
- Ability to generate reports that are required by the u.s. department of labor such as the participant individual record layout (PIRL) report.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 18, 2022.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
