[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide early intervention services case management system.
- Vendor will deliver to the state early intervention system, a single, cloud-hosted software as a service (SaaS) early intervention case management solution to replace the state’s existing early intervention case management applications
- Include comprehensive individual family service plan -based case management functionality, scheduling, service logging and reporting which integrates with billing, and contains all reports, forms, and other documents to comply with idea federal and state reporting requirements, security requirements, regulations, and policies.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2022.
(3) The term of contract will be for four years.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
